Guests are reminded that The Pier at Harwich is a listed building but the owners have conformed to all necessary requirements of the Disability and Discrimination Act 1995 within planning regulations.

• Disabled parking bay
• Access via a ramp at the rear of the building
• Ha’penny Restaurant and bar on the ground floor
• Guests should note that The Harbourside Restaurant is on the first floor and has limited access, but we are more than happy to serve the A la carte menu in the Ha’penny if you are unable to access the first floor
• All the bedrooms are either on the first or second floors, apart from one ground floor bedroom in an adjacent building. This does not fully conform to disabled standards but there are full disabled toilet facilities in the building
